"Walk in shower for husband. Room was clean and had all white bedding which brightens the room and allows for clear view if bedbugs were present. Staff were friendly and helpful. I reported an issue which does not need mentioned here and they apologized and noted our room number. No apologies were needed it was a for your information not a complaint. Having hot food available at breakfast is nice. Along with individual ceral for those who can not eat gluten."
"Breakfast 1 out 10......that would be a 2. Loved everything else. Potatoes were still hard, sausage was not cooked long enough. No bacon. No orange juice."
"This was great: clean, friendly, comfortable, affordable, very good breakfast. Just two minor issues - but not big enough to lower the 5 Star rating: 1) the walls seem pretty thin and I could, at times, hear the people in the next room, and the traffic noise was pretty loud. 2) although the breakfast was tasty and plentiful, I had to wait for the eggs. Then I had to wait for bacon. It was a Sunday morning and didn’t seem to be all that busy. But overall, a very good stay."
"The lodge at Greenbo was AMAZING. The area was peaceful, the rooms were spacious, well accented and comfortable. To top it off there was free, HOT breakfast and the price was extremely reasonable. Looking forward to staying here again."
"Overall, my stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean, quiet, and provided all of the amenities I needed. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and I was pleased with my stay in general.
However, I did have one very concerning experience that I feel should be mentioned. At approximately 6:30 in the morning, someone attempted to enter my room using a key card. Thankfully, I had the door latch engaged, so they were unable to enter. When I asked the front desk about the situation, I was told that it was not housekeeping, although it could have been security staff.
That means someone apparently had a key card that could access my room, which is a serious security concern. While everything else about my stay was fine, this incident left me feeling very uneasy."
