I have received 0 assistance from staff or Expedia for my check in issues. We didn’t even stay at the hotel!!!!! Waiting on a response to see if I can even get a refund. Useless staff, didn’t help at all.

There was trash all over the property, my room didn't get cleaned until I said something to the front desk and that was the days after I arrived. The staff basically ignored my calls to the front desk no answer. The hall room 124 i was in smelled like weed. The whole hallway was smelling like weed. ...
