"Great breakfast"

"Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink/counter was "out in the open" rather than in the bathroom with the toilet and shower, which made it difficult to use privately or quietly."

"It was a very quaint small town Inn. It reminded me of a Bed and Breakfast. Very comfortable room and nice Restraunts walking distance from the hotel."

"The first room we were given did not have a working AC unit nor a working landline phone to call the desk. (Walking down to talk to the gal at the desk was easy, I just found it humorous that I couldn’t call her from the room. The second room we were given was awesome! And breakfast was great (pancake machine, omelets, biscuits and gravy, etc) I would stay here again if we are in the area."

"The property was very reasonable in price. It was also very clean and staff very helpful."

"The owner was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and location close to bike trails. We will be back!"

"Clean and very comfortable"

"This was a very nice place to stay. It felt cozy, warm.... walking distance to a Perkins. Loved it."

"We were greeted warmly and by name with our late check in. Great staff. Hotel is very dated, but clean."

"Excellent place! I stayed 3 nights, traveling solo and felt safe the entire time. It was super close to Mayo and convenient for appointments. Staff was phenomenal and service was stellar. I will be staying again when I return."

"Room was clean and a functional kitchen with 2 burners and a full size fridge. Staff was exceptional and accommodating. Very helpful staff."

"Clean and stocked...the rooms were clean and the coffee area was stocked well. The rooms are really small. Not great if you need to spend a lot of time there, but they use the space well. No dressers but they have a wire drawer thing for your clothes. No safe in the rooms, which we are used to. Nice pull out shelf on night stand. Perfect for those that have a CPAP machine. The bathroom was pretty outdated-tub looked tired and lots of limescale on shower head. Zero counter space for doing...
