Smoke in lobby and in room. Dated room. Loud AC unit. Bed not great. Noisy. On first floor next to public washroom and pool table. Refrigerator made noise all night.

Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony
This is a wonderful place for couples and families. Everything on the resort was very convenient. The property was exceptionally immaculate. This will be my family go to place to decompress !!!

This Hotel just isnt managed properly. The staff wasnt engaged with its guest at all. Clearly a punch in and punch out sort of culture. Our room was missing a shower head.
