"Friendly & clean"

"The room was pretty dirty and gross. The floors were filthy, we dropped some water and cleaned it up with a napkin and there was so much dirt on those floors. The shower had mildew on everything from the shower head to the handle. The tub drain was missing the stopper, the sink drain had no stopper, the toilet seat was chipped, the room always felt wet and the AC took hours to cool the room down at night. The towels were stained. The yogurt at breakfast was expired and the cheerios were stale....

"It Smelled as soon as you walked in front doors… It was filthy there’s construction going on and it looks like a construction site stuff all over the floors in the elevator. Inside the room, thank goodness the beds were firm. The shower was not clean properly. There was someone else’s hair all over it. Would definitely not recommend or stay there again"

"Having a clean room in an equally clean hotel is the #1 in my must have list. The Marriott Courtyard in Gainesville is impeccably clean!! We did not eat there but enjoyed drinks in the courtyard by the fire pits. The location is spot on any event or occasion in Gainesville! Would definitely stay there again."

"AC and heat was fine. The room key didn't work all the time. The floor in the room had crumbs, only two very small pillows on the bed, and the chair cushion was very worn and stained. "

"The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. Everything was in place and fully stocked, but it lacked thorough cleaning, especially in the shower area. On the other hand, the included breakfast was outstanding and of very high quality. "The staff and facility overall was good. The room itself just seemed outdated with hard flooring and furniture it just simple lacked a comfort factor. The bed was fine. The overall experience was good I was just looking for a place to rest and this facility provided that its a Toyota not a Lexus and the price was fair for the weekend rate. So overall good just cant give this a 5 star."

"Unlikely to stay there again. It was quaint, but lacking in amenities. The lobby didn't open until 8:00 AM for coffee which is too late for an early riser. A small coffee maker in the room would solve this problem. Be aware (as I was not) you are renting a bedroom, no TV and you are a few miles from a restaurant so make sure you have snacks. This set-up may work for some travelers but I found it lacking in amenities that would make the stay a bit nicer. It was clean, but the pool was not open...

"This if not a hotel. It’s a motel. No breakfast buffet. Just waffles, cereal, yogurt, and packaged muffins. Ice machine didn’t work."
