"The service is really bad, my worst experience in living in a hotel.The reception shows impatient to their customers. Moreover, they said they didn't received the money about i paid at hotels.com and asked me to pay 3000yuan deposit when i checked out. Until now, a week after my stay, i haven't received i deposit back, and they said they will call me when they give back my deposit; i have't receive any call from them. I called for the hotel reception, no reply from them. So, never choose this...
