"I liked everything. Very close to the airport, the staff was great, the room was very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was fabulous. I was very happy with my stay."

"The room was clean but dated, we did see one bug that crawled away under the baseboards. When we checked in we asked about the bus shuttle that we had called about and were told that they didn’t receive a call and that our phone was the problem. We called the number provided in front of staff and it rang on our phone but not theirs. They continued to say it was our problem. We then found out that the advertised shuttle was at a fee of $10, not an issue but it isn’t mentioned anywhere so it appears that it was included, that could be my mistake for assuming. "

"The Hotel is a little distance away from the airport and is at least 45 minutes to an hour train ride away from downtown Seoul so take that into consideration when booking this location. They have convenient shuttle from the airport but it had to be booked in advance and was way overbooked for our ride. Get in line earlier so you can get on. The room itself was fine and offered plenty of amenities. The beds were hard and not very comfortable but worked out okay for the few days we were there. There is a train station right below the hotel and a busy highway next to it so if traffic noise keeps you awake you may want to request a room on the other side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I recommend that you take advantage of the breakfast buffet. I wish we had eaten there each morning because they had a huge food selection. I would stay here again."

"Good overall - quiet, convenient location in the terminal. Excellent shopping downstairs, so consider leaving extra time. The lounge immediately outside has an incredible breakfast not to be missed."

"Great hotel to stay near Incheon Airport. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food options are also quite good, which makes it a convenient choice for travelers. The only downside is the shuttle service from Terminal 2, which stops running around 8:00 PM. Meanwhile, buses for the Grand Hyatt Incheon continue operating later into the evening. Since both hotels are connected through an internal passage, it would be very helpful if guests of Hyatt Regency Incheon were also allowed to use the Grand Hyatt shuttle service. This small improvement would significantly enhance the overall experience."
