"It's hard for me to find this hotel by it's address and I was told my booking is without breakfast by the lady who was in the reception although I made a breakfast inclusive booking and had been confirmed by the Hotels.com. Many cofusions! The room is clean but small."

"Booked a balcony king room for four days. Arrived at the hotel and was looked at like I'm an alien. They first said there were no rooms, then they told me I didn't have a reservation. I showed the confirmation email and then they claimed that I had cancelled the reservation and booked it out to somebody else. Needless to say I was not pleased."
