"The owners were incredibly helpful & kind. The apartments were perfect for a short or long holiday. There is an Aldi, Lidl & other supermarkets within easy walking distance. Shower had plenty of hot water, bed was comfortable. Car parking on street was great. About a 20-minute walk to the aqueduct in Segovia, it was easier than trying to park in the city. "Terrible facilities; desperately in need of renovations. Bathroom floor was in cement painted in a gray color; no tiles. The shower drain was not fixed to the floor. The air conditioner was in a vwry poor condition and dirty. Very poor breakfast options. Elevator needs attention. Advertised as a 4 star hotel for Europe standard,, but at best, it would be a 2 star hotel for Europe standard. Not recommended"

"The breakfast was fresh and very appetizing. Parking not applicable for us but it it’s easy for the customers I’m sure because it’s just in front of the hotel . It was accessible to the landmark and the view from my room was awesome! I will recommend it to all my friends!"
