"I booked through Expedia but I am a IHG Platinum Elite member who was not recognized nor was I given Welcome points for my stay. Front Desk Service was AWFUL!!
Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!"

"After fleeing from the hotel from Hell, arriving at the Drury Inn was a blessing! Clean, full of guests, and friendly staff, my brother and I had a fantastic stay. I loved that staff was not only helpful, I watched them interact with guests like they were old friends! It made me laugh when I found out they weren’t after the shenanigans they got up to in the dining hall. They were also extremely attentive, observing and asking if they could help the guests with anything else proactively. The room...

"Nice room. Free parking. Friendly staff. Swimming pool was nice, but Jacuzzi looked a little murky; not helped by a discarded band-aid on the floor. Well appointed gym. Nice bar to sit at in the evenings and plenty of areas to sit. Handy for the University."

"The front desk manager was wonderful. However, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The pictures on line do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel. It’s dark, confined, and in a seedy area of the city. The room I was placed into was also dark with windows that looked onto the tenement next door. Quite depressing.
