"This is an old property, with fewer conveniences one would expect at a higher priced hotel, but it was clean, all rooms are en-suite and if you are willing to walk a couple of miles to the city centre, it is worth staying here at a price lower than the city centre. Staff is helpful and a tour company on site offers some pre-arrannged trips tp different places. "

"We went for a weekend with friends Parking was good. Didn’t eat in hotel. Went local pubs. Visited Southampton and Portsmouth. Breakfast hot and regularly topped up Rooms large and nice towels and toiletries"

"Fantastic hotel for a low price. My son & 1 had a Sunday night stay meaning we got the price really cheap. We used the gowns & slippers, the pool, breakfast & parking. Location is perfect as it’s walkable to the main town & right on the coast."
