We arrived early, before the room was expected to be ready, but the front desk tagged and stored our luggage and delivered to the room once it was ready. Very convenient walking distance to Gion area temples and shrines. Easy access to other parts via the bus stop 100 ft away. 帰る方所ですね！"

"We absolutely loved Stitch Hotel Kyoto! The location is perfect and conveniently located with Family Mart downstairs, easy for taxi to stop and load/unload luggages. The room is amazing, very nice modern design and comfortable, got everything we need, has 2 bathroom vanity, and both toilet and shower with separate doors with privacy - not to mention the washer/dryer. Staff are friendly and polite. Will definitely stay here again."

Was so nice returning here at the end of the day with all the tourists around you it’s just one simple door from the street and you’re transported to the oasis of Sowaka. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even gave us really great tips for somewhere in Osaka on our next stop. Would stay again and just stay inside enjoying the peace and quiet of the hotel. "

"When I booked our room I didn't realize that all the rooms have a kitchenette so upon arrival we were so happy to see our room and its amenities. Not sure if all are similar in size, but it was large - a nice change to the typical smaller hotel rooms. The front desk people were friendly and super helpful. "We had an authentic Japanese experience staying here. The location was perfect - the house was on a quiet street while still being very close to the main attractions in the Gion area. The interior was beautiful, clean and well insulated with heated floors and AC in each room. Beds were very comfortable and the upstairs living offered a lovely veiw of the Yasaka Pagoda.
