"My stay at Eaton Hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. One of the biggest issues is that the hotel advertises itself as pet friendly, but there appears to be little effort to manage the consequences of that policy. Dogs were barking continuously early in the morning, making it impossible to rest. I contacted the front desk to report the noise, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. The barking continued throughout the morning. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the room. During my stay I discovered what appeared to be bed bugs. This is unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price point, and raises serious concerns about hygiene and housekeeping standards. Between the constant noise and the apparent bed bug issue, my stay was far from restful. I expected basic comfort and cleanliness, but unfortunately Eaton Hotel failed to deliver either. I would strongly caution future guests to think carefully before booking here."

"Great location with an overall modern and comfortable finish. The pool/spa area is very nice. Unfortunately while we were there a jackhammer ran all day long (there was a construction note on the desk) and at night a banquet on the floor above was overly loud. They offered to change our room but we were already in bed and leaving early the next day. "

"The location of this hotel was fantastic. The views of the skyline of Hong Kong were spectacular. The top floor had a great bar and restaurants that you could sit at and enjoy the view as well. Great access to the subway system and museums in downtown Kowloon. Hotel was clean and very safe."
