They didn’t help to get taxi and said right way to get to another hotel! I think we don’t want visit this country anymore. They just think about money money more money"

"Wir hatten reserviert für 3 Personen. Als wir ankamen, hat uns eine sehr gelangweilte und unfreundliche Dame empfangen. Haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen bemerkten wir, dass das 3. Bett noch nicht gemacht war. Es war so vorzufinden wie vom letzten Gast hinterlassen. Nachdem wir es ihr mitteilten, überzog sie zwar das Bett neu, geputzt war das Zimmer aber nicht (Dusche, ect.). War unser erster Tag in Armenien, hat einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck gemacht."
