"Hotel clerk gave me a room that was not yet clean. This means that hotel staff has poor or broken communication. This is unacceptable."

"We arrived on a Sunday for our first of four days. Went out of room Monday and returned to.find room had not been serviced. Spoke to front desk and was advised room service is every other day which i was not.aware of. I requested clean towels which were provided and inqas advised ro would be cleaned the next day per schedule. When returned later that day,Tuesday, room had not been cleared. I spoke to then same desk person who reported the housekeeper did notncome to work that day.i asked why...

"This hotel was okay. I’ve stayed at other Springhill Suites and the conditions were better. The room had a weird smell, it’s more dated than others in the same line and there were wrappers and things in hallways. Our coffee pot was broken and had a water tank filled with old coffee and some glob of slime. I cleaned it and it didn’t work. This means cleaning staff aren’t checking coffee machines closely. One of the treadmills was not level and rocked to the side while I used it. Our room had 2...

"Different variety of breakfast to choose from. Parking felt safe. Beds were comfortable, but pillows were so hard. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle make this an awesome deal. I’ve stayed a couple times and the service is extremely accommodating and friendly. Also it’s across the street from a famous live bull riding bar. If you’re here for one night like me, it’s worth a look"
