"Motorbike tour of Vietnam with 2 friends. Been riding for 4 hours in extreme hot conditions so was looking forward to check in and then jump in the pool. My brother arrived 1 hr earlier and warned me the check in was difficult. My check in took 45minutes. Although friendly, reception staff displayed a level of incompetence I have not encountered before…and I am a businessman who travels a lot … atleast 6 months in a year o er past 25 years. My friend arriving with me experienced the same issue....
