"The hotel is a new building and it’s far from the city (an hour drive), which we really liked. At nighttime you can barely hear any thing but the sound of nature. "I had a wonderful stay at Ani Plaza Hotel. It’s centrally located and walking distance to the Cascade and many restaurants/ cafes. They have an excellent breakfast buffet that makes the stay totally worth it. The hotel is a bit outdated but well kept and clean. Would recommend for an affordable stay in lovely Yerevan! "

The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition.
