"I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The interior has a cozy, welcoming feel with soft lighting and warm tones, and the rooms are both comfortable and practical. Small details like the layout, outlets by the bed, and well chosen furniture make it easy to settle in. The gym is also much better than what I usually see at hotels, with enough machines and weights for a proper workout. What makes the biggest difference, though, is the service. Charming, Una, and Yoyo always work together as a team...

"This hotel is my go-to when I need to travel by train from Shanghai station. It's a nice hotel and right across the street from Shanghai station. I believe they might have upgraded the elevators, because it seems they are moving quite a bit faster than they did in the past. Biggest downside this trip, is that there is construction in the building next door so it was quite noisy during the day, but that will be temporary."

"A very small hotel (more like a YMCA hostel type). A small supermarket & some local restaurants within 3 mins walk. Stains found everywhere in the washroom. For the good price that we are paying, no complaints."
