"We stayed one night in the Royal Suite with its own hotspring bathtub in the room. Didn’t realize it at the time of booking but it comes with the best dining seating location which gives the best view of the lush and tranquil garden, free private hot springs downstairs, and a huge suite room. Kaiseki dinner was just exquisite and delicious as well as the breakfast next morning. Almost like a fine dining experience. "Typical small Japanese business hotel. A small clean room, no dresser, AC worked but humidity was high, coin laundry available. Okay for a short stay. "

"法事がてら吉野ヶ里遺跡に行こうと思い、ここの宿にしました。ビジネスホテル代わりに良いです。目の前に駐車スペースがあるので車との行き来も楽です。真ん中くらいの部屋でしたが、道路からの騒音を感じませんでした。清潔です。熟睡できました。自分のカードキーの当て位置が悪くて、スタッフさんに聞きに行ったら、わざわざドアの所まで一緒に来てくれて、ここに当てて下さいと教えてくれました。かんじの良い外国人のスタッフさんでした。私のプランでは１泊ごとに冷凍弁当の引換券が１枚付いてました。部屋のレンジで温めなおせば普通においしい弁当です。隣がコンビニだし、コメリも近かった気がします。不満点はありません。こういったコンテナホテルが日本各地にもっとあると便利ですね。"
