Hotel is in a great location. It is just across the street from the shinagawa station. From there you can get most places. Only negative is breakfast buffet. It is fairly pricey . Extremely convenient for Travel the next morning from terminal 3 Haneda. If you were looking for options to stay close to the airport, this is by far the best one.
