"We arrived at Narita Airport from USA around 4pm and got our rental car. 2 family members were flying in at 10pm and we wanted to drive at that time to a town near Mt Fuji for a few days. We rented this hotel room and napped for 4-5 hours. Well worth the $50-60 to be rested for a 2.5hr drive after a long day. "

"Basbas was a terrific concierge. He made us feel very welcome. Also swimming pool, sauna and bath were in good condition. The breakfast buffet was great as well…nice selection, helpful staff. "

"The property is a little dated but clean and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a convenience store open till 11pm inside the lobby. You receive 1 ticket to adjacent onsen which was wonderful. Onsen has restaurants, bars and bathing too which was amazing! The air conditioning was not very good for a hot night but it was passable for the price I paid. My only complaint was that the shuttle bus is only every 2 hours ….i had just missed one so had wait and a taxi was $50 to get to the...

"Very pleasant greeting when we arrived. We told the front desk clerk that we would like to store our luggage in the morning as our flight wasn’t until later in the day and she just extended our check out time so we could stay in our room until we had to leave. Breakfast buffet was so good with so many choices. "
