"I was horrified by our room when I check in. The carpet was gross with so many stains. It was not at all what the pictures looked like. Staff at front desk were not nice. Strictly business. "Beautiful breakfast buffet and extremely friendly staff. The views from the Palm Towers were gorgeous . My only concern is that most of the amenties are on a pay per use basis and quite expensive for the value they add (think mini golf or par 3 or beach chairs)"
