"I stayed at that place (it’s like a short term furnished apartment) when they were run by urbanstay and was quite happy with the value. Same this time. Seems that stay more is just getting going, so some things aren’t there yet but their cleaning products smell nice! And the mattress topper is nice compared to the old one at urban stay. "Very nice hotel, location was good and rook very nice but aircon poor. Room was 23 degrees and took 8 hours to cool to 22 degrees. We had same issue in another Lotte hotel which suggests it is deliberate control by hotel. We stopped at two other hotel chai s and both had great working aircon."
