"No towels, shampoo/soap, icebucket. Rude front desk staff, even though we had to ask them for all No towels by the pool. Mold in the bathroom -- disgusting. "Enclosed pool area" -- required us to use our door pass to get in, but the back door leading to an unsecured drive was wide open WITH NO LOCK ..."
