"Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. Restaurant at the guesthouse is some of the best food we’ve had on the trip for an excellent value - close to downtown and the airport.
