"The room and the hotel in general was clean and made me comfortable which is usually hard for me in hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would stay there again for sure."

"I wanna begin this review by saying that GWL Concord would probably be a really nice property for families with children, as long as the adults are OK with slumming it a little bit, every child we saw there was having an incredible time. 1. Information- we called a few times leading up to our stay to confirm, property details and policy. When we arrived, we were informed that all of that was incorrect and the phone team is often wrong, but we made all of our travel plans around that team...

"Room was clean but a bit outdated. No swimming pool as advertised. My bedding was torn at the bottom corner as if a dog chewed it. Breakfast was very limited and plain. At $280 per night? Never again."

"It didn't seem like anyone had swept the room because of hair and dirt on the floor, couldn't use the kitchen because there was no pots or pans and I was not buying any. There was less outlets in the room I had compared to other rooms.There was 3 of us in our room and I had to beg for enough towels for the 3 of us. We were there Memorial Day weekend and the pool wasn't open and the front desk lady seemed very mean about it.......she said it opens Memorial weekend, so I asked to verify also...

"Pictures are very outdated, unexpectedly had to pay fees for early check in after calling the day before to verify. Not enough parking, cleaning staff will open your door even with the dead bolt locked (we were sleeping). Beds were rock hard, tv only had 4 or 5 channels. We will definitely not be staying at this place again. "

"This hotel appears to be used as an extended stay hotel. Lot of dogs and noise. The woman at the front desk was very rude. Was simply checking out and she became very argumentative with me because I couldn't hear her through the glass wall."
