We booked the new modern deluxe rooms in the newer part, this option presents a very good price performance ratio as these ones are very comfortable, modern, clean and have a reasonably sized balcony with nice glazing. Manager is very friendly and helpful. Free sundbeds and umbrella in a beach club not far away. Generally, the property needs some renovation works, pool is little bit outdated, breakfast and dinner area looks also aged. We didn't try the very cheap dinner option as there are multiple great restaurants close, but we tried the very basic breakfast just once. Finally, if you look for a moderate priced accommodation in this area, it will be a good option. For us and besides the great new rooms, a little too basic.

Accomodatie ligt perfect, klein stukje wandelen naar het bruisende centrum. Ontbijt is goed, kamer is prima. Super gezellig met de poesjes die daar rond lopen Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Een kast op de kamer zou handig zijn! Verder was het helemaal prima!

Struttura della giusta dimensione in cui il personale riesce a ricordare e gestire le esigenze dei singoli clienti. Coniugava la tranquillità, anche notturna, lontano dai rumori del centro, con la vicinanza a tutto, sia negozi, locali ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, in massimo 5 minuti, e tutto su marciapiedi. Lo consiglio sicuramente a coppie e famiglie che vogliono avere tutto a disposizione, con l'aiuto di un personale disponibile.

Because of a previous bad experience in another part of Zante I went with low expectations, but what a delightful surprise. Yannis heads up a friendly team who are always ready to help. There's a very efficient daily cleaning service. Chef prepared the great food there was always something there to my taste to eat. Great clean pool. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday close to the beach it's perfect. - If you want party town go to Laganas

Very disappointing

Only stayed for a night. Needed a little place to shower and freshen before our flight back to Athens. Hotel was dirty and needs an update. Mold all over the showers and a fridge that doesn’t work. WiFi doesn’t work. Employees and hotel staff were very kind, but that’s it.
