"Room was clean, spacious and modern, coffee machine and city view. Excellent breakfast buffet and sensational gym: a lage, well equipped modern training facility. Public transport directly in front of the hotel. Large car parking, although network connection (needed for EV charging) is poor on parking level -4 and definitely needs improvement. Otherwise, the many EV charging spaces are worthless…"

"Very hard to find entrance from parking. We arrive late at night which we we told the hotel. I wish they told us how to get up to the hotel when we arrive late. Another couple was looking for the entrance. "

"Nice clean hotel in a perfect location. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast area was sometimes full but the staff helped right away. The hotel climate is under building control, and in april the airconditioning is not yet available. This caused the rooms to be a bit to warm to my liking, but that's a personal preference."

"Everything about our stay at the Hotel Miro met our high expectations. The staff was very hospitable and the room was spacious, with a view of the Guggenheim Museum. We could walk to dozens of fine restaurants and bars, and the tram is nearby to take a 10 min. ride to Old Town. We hope to return some day."

"We had a great stay at Meliá Hotel in Bilbao, from our initial welcome, to our lovely meals and snacks in the Level breakfast room and lounge. We felt genuinely cared for each day by the entire staff, especially Nekané, and Yolanda. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. And the location was central to all the activities we were interested in. The park across the street is gorgeous and shady and had lots of activities for children. Indoor self parking was reasonable although the parking structure would have been challenging with a larger vehicle. "
