easy check in & out, very nice, clean & large rooms, near to many malls less than 5mins walking distance; the room was made up promptly every day, very good and friendly staff; TV was ok but just local channels; negative: 1. Internet was not working well, signal weak & many problems with connexion (disconnecting every 5-10 mins automatically; 2. construction works at lobby area (but no noise at my room in 5th floor), which should be finished until 2025.

Premier Room that isn’t!

Hotel location is excellent as it is near to everything - SM, church, pharmacies, restaurants. However for the price it hardly has any amenities. No hand or face towels, no microwave, tiny bottles of shampoos but no conditioner or lotion. Shower head is not adjustable and shoots to the back wall of the shower and water dripping and flooding the bathroom. Free breakfast has watered down coffee. Good thing they have an electric kettle so we could make our own coffee. Eggs were cooked the same way everyday like little pancakes.

Extremely Disappointing Hotel Room Conditions

The room was not adequately clean with large dirty stains (after cleaning) which was raised by me to the management! See attached photos. 1. Dirty sofas 2. Dirty fridge 3. Broken kettle (that was replaced after 3 days and the faulty one was left in the room). see photo! The poor condition of the room made me check out 8 days earlier than booked. And a refund was authorized by the Hotel management but I have not received it as yet! Please, can I have my authorized Refund?

I booked a room to this hotel for my family, especially for my son who has autism because of frequent black out in zamboaga. thank you for giving an excellent service while my son staying in your hotel.. Hotel is located deep within Zamboanga City next to various shops and amenities. We took a car everywhere and never managed to get parking outside of the hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The restaurant on the top floor is good/ok. We had an issue where we had booked 3 twin rooms but they only had 2 left so they put us into a twin room and a room with 1 double bed plus 2 single beds. They offered to move us to the correct rooms the next day but we'd already settled which was the only small hiccup really. The staff were super rapid at fulfilling requests over the phone, i.e. asking for extra toilet roll / room service, and sometimes were already knocking on the door with the item before we'd even put the phone down. Overall I'd say the place is worth the money and a good stay.

location was fine for me but noisey double glass windows would be good no water pressure in the shower had to hirer a fridge from them for 300 pacos a day so we could have cold water to drink they didn't supply any water to clean teeth had to change wifi pass word every day but it would have been nice to have extra card so you cold at least leave air con going so that you didn't come back to a really hot room after going out for a while it just takes ages to cool again but staff good and freindly

Overall, it was a great experience staying in Ever O Hotel. The buffet breakfast was great and the reception are friendly and the housekeeping services were very nice and ensure that rooms are clean. However, there were cockroaches roaming around in the lobby and in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly, nice and courteous especially the front desk people. However, I wasn’t so please with the internet service. It was slow and most of the times there’s no signal. The laundry service also took a delay when I had my laundry done. Overall, it’s a good place to stay
