"No windows in my hotel room! When I inquired about another room (with windows), the answer was "we're already booked". It should be noted, I would never have made a reservation if there was a chance I would stay in a room without windows. It was weird and a bit uncomfortable.
The food at Geraldos was great. The service in the restaurant was ok.

But the property was clean, working hot water, free amenities and morning breakfast, cold ac, working elevator, and helpful friendly staff. Only dislike was only having one thin bed sheet for bedding and some internet connectivity issues. Other than that great price for the value for what you get compared to other hotels in the area."
"Black mold in bathrooms, bugs and fly’s in shower cracks, broken window held together by a plastic bag, no cover for electrical outlet which could cause serious injury or death. Ac unit not properly insulated and outside air is exposed around the unit, the water from faucets were black, dirty mirrors, stains on bed sheets. A patch on a toilet which could break any moment.
