" My partner and I spent 8 nights at Riu Jambo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and overlooked the beach, which made for a beautiful setting. Housekeeping maintained it well, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The staff at Riu Jambo were outstanding — always full of energy, warm, and incredibly helpful. I unfortunately had an accident while in Zanzibar (unrelated to the hotel), and the way the staff supported me during my recovery was truly exceptional. They were accommodating, caring, and always ready to assist. A special thank you to William, who we often saw in the buffet dining room. He was a pleasure to speak with and always made sure my partner and I were comfortable and well looked after. The rest of the breakfast and dinner team were equally amazing — attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. While the food could be a little repetitive at times, there was a wide variety and something to suit everyone’s tastes. If I return to Zanzibar, I would absolutely stay here again.
