"Hotel added a hidden fee of 7.5 euro at the time of checkout calling it a "registration fee". This was nowhere mentioned at the time of booking the hotel. They could not even explain what this is about as I did not register for any other additional service. Very bad experience and leaves a bad mark on the customer with such hidden charges!!"

There was no running water for the first evening which meant we couldn’t wash/shower before dinner, there was then still no hot water the next morning.
