"The hotel and staff were wonderful! Our room was clean and supplied with soft towels and coffee. We loved the sauna hot tub area which you could use once a day no extra charge. We didn’t experience the massages at the spa, hopefully next visit. The breakfast was included and was delightful with a variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant has very good food and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Oswiecim. "

"The only negative thing is that they only had a person working on-site less than half the time. However, they have key lock boxes for each room, give you the combination, and keep the key inside. They also include a phone number you can call if there ARE issues. With that being said... The room was incredible. Small (I don't need big), with a bet suitable for a couple. The bathroom was also small, but fully functional, with good hot water in the shower. A minor nit-pick... I do not understand the European custom of a shower with no door, so know you will be getting that. However, you get that at a GREAT DEAL of places in Europe, so that's more of a "so you are informed" than a "this is bad." Heat worked perfectly (and with it actively snowing, that was solid), and there was a shoe rack with a mat under it so your shoes could drip dry and not mess up the floor. If I ever come back to this city, I WILL be staying here again."

"The Hotel was great; very quick and pleasant check in. The waitresses serve me a drink even they just closed the bar. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle for hot drinks. Their breakfast was excellent but they cold have more coffee machines as there was a queue. The hotel is close to airport so it is ideal to sleep over there for morning flights from Kraków. "

"Definitely not worth the money, i reserved a queen bed and got two single beds. Room was quite cold and couldn't regulate the temperature correctly. The step into the shower was quite high so people with mobility problems i wont recommend it. Rooms are old and not modern at all. Breakfast was okayish but the coffee was simply terrible. Lots of improvements to be done. Not worth 100eur a night at all. "

"This excellent attic apartment features two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished. Each room has air conditioning with a heating function. The owner has taken care of all the little details to ensure guests have a pleasant stay (tea, spices, ironing board, board games, etc.). Great value for money. Would definetely stay there again."

"Fantastic place to stay for energylandia. Walkable distance to supermarket and park. Great selection at breakfast. Super helpful road train to and from the park. Reception staff very helpful at check in. Also booked us a taxi as had trouble with uber. Tipi was great dont let the weather put you off as had heating. Plus crates to lock your stuff in. Overall would highly recommended."
