10/10 Excellent

"Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. I didn't use any facilities so no comment on facilities. The only negative thing was that Elevator didn't stop at my floor even after pressing the call button multiple times. I could see that it was going up and down but kept on skipping my floor. I ended up dragging my suitcase downstairs. Elevator is outside of the building, so I couldn't ask for help either. Other than the elevator issue, I enjoyed my stay. Washroom didn't have exhaust fan, but the shower pressure was great and hot water was excellent. Overall I enjoyed cleanliness of the hotel."

"1. I reported the loud noise coming from the room next door to the front desk. The front desk said they would warn the guest, but the noise continued. It wasn’t until I went down to the front desk myself to complain that they moved me to a different room. 2. When I close the bathroom door, the bottom of the door touches the tile, so it doesn’t close properly. 3. The glass door to the shower doesn’t close completely, so water splashes out when I shower, which is annoying. 4. The shower drain doesn’t drain well. 5. The shuttle bus to the airport terminal is not free. It costs 2 euros per person."

"Rooms basic for a 4 star hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in room. First night room was cold and pillows flat. Poor night sleep. Quite isolated from nearby amenities. Staff at reception not very friendly or helpful. Checked out a day early even though I paid for 3 nights. Probably wouldn’t stay again. None of the facilities were explained to me. 😔😔"
