"We were there for only one night. The AC was struggeling and there were ants in the room. The shower didn’t feel safe and parking was not easy. A microwave could be usefull in the room. However, Managers are friendly and they provide a binder in the room that tell you everything you need to know and more! "

"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "

"Very nice hotel with super helpful staff and great location but our room was very small and cold. The temperature can’t be set above 26 degrees, so I turned off but somehow it turns on automatically. So I set the temperature to maximum 26 degrees but the house keeper always left it on 23 degrees. the staff increased maximum temperature to 30 degrees on the last day of my stay after I reported. The bathroom configuration was inconsistent. The shower door dragged the floor mat because it was very tight to be floor. So I had to put the mat away from the door but the door didn’t seal the water and wet the floor outside the shower. Vanity area did not have a solid wall and open to the bed area but the toilet light turns on automatically when the door was opened and woke my partner in the bed."
