"I’ve been to the Malpensa Moxi and liked it before. I loved the setting of the lobby, bar and restaurants here room design could be improved since they are not very spacious. Maybe a smaller armchair would help. The only thing I didn’t like is that, despite being clean, the bathroom smelled even with the toilet lid closed. Maybe a sewage problem?"

Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. "Very pleased with our stay, we were here for Tuttofood. We had clients at the restaurant, staff was great at all spots including the driver to the show and back. We will be back, I wish the gym was a bit bigger but it was also a busy time of year so space was limited."

Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. But travel to Malpensa airport is really convenient. But I totally loved the hotel and service and would rate 8/10."

They were generally rude, didn’t tell us about the property etc. but worst of all is when my daughter went to the bathroom she slid the door closed without even locking it and the door jammed and she was locked in.
