Really good location and the rooms are very big, a bit messy the check in but the staff was very helpfull despite the language barrier.

Helpful, pleasant staff and a great location

I stayed for two nights on a solo trip through China and received truly excellent service from Zhu Shuangqin and the team - they truly went above and beyond to help me arrange a trip to a neighbouring town. The hotel was very nice and very well located too. I would recommend staying here if taking a trip to Zhangjiajie.

Very convenient location. English speaking was via hand held translator devices. Dinner options were available but poor service and quality possibly due to lack of understanding menu and lack of communication in English

Good but old

It is a five star hotel but must have gained its reputation decades ago. One can clearly see its glorious days. Very convenient location for taking the cablecar to Tianmen Mountain but facilities are a bit out of fasion and need a renovation

Zhangjiajie Huatin hotel stay.

Shower drain was a little slow. Room was overall clean and well maintained. Room key lock mechanism failed on 2nd day of 3 night stay. But the problem was fixed fairly quickly. The location was good. We were pleased overall.

Outdated hotel everything needs an upgrade and make over. I was charged 50 Chinese dollars because I left a key in the room. The restaurant was decent but pricey for the food we were served. The one nice thing about the hotel was that it was close to the Tianmen mountain ticket agency.

La habitación estaba grande, el personal amable y hacían todo por entendernos. Fuimos al spa y nos gustó la experiencia (muy diferente a masajes occidentales, no vayas con esa idea). Las almohadas bastante incómodas y el desayuno toda una experiencia... Encontrar lugar era dificilisimo y todo el mundo corría de un lado a otro. No sé si sea así siempre o nos tocó la mala suerte de algún congreso o algo.
