"Location is great but facilities - not so much. Lift is next door but the staff asked us to use the stairs instead. I'm travelling with my senior parents and iirc I read that this hotel has a lift and that was one of the key reasons I booked this place. Turns out the lift is out of bounds and we had to climb 3 floors every single time except during check in and check out (because we had luggage).
