"The apartment itself was new and modern. Very well fitted out but lacked some basics. Great kitchen with fridge dishwashers, etc but no plates, dishes or cutlery. There are no facilities nearby, you need a taxi or walk and use train. A lot of construction around you and tat is the view. It is not close to Shekou, ferry, etc as stated which are a 15 minute taxi ride. Beds have nice linen but are on the hard side."

"It’s not your typical hotel experience. Jiangnan House is located in the heart of the Nantou Ancient City, so you experience this contrast of the new and old. "Old-style luxury and attentive and friendly service. It was our first time in Zhuhai and the staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable, relaxing stay. Among the staff, Jim and Ben, in food and beverage, were extremely helpful and considerate. Sean and Joey, in Check-In at reception were very accommodating and approachable, Terry and Bettie, in Butler and Concierge services, were always available to assist. Beyond that, they all spoke varying degrees of English and were very kind and friendly people - which made our time in Zhuhai quite enjoyable. Thank you from Ben, Kathleen and Austin."

"The room was clean and tidy. Service was excellent including welcome feelings from Front Office Layla and the Concierge staff seeing us off. Both were professional and supportive to offer us help without prompt. There was a drunken guest shouting and yelling on Day 2 @11pm and I immediately called the enquiry to ask what has happened. We didn't expect the front desk staff had a record of this and gave us a box of chocolate to apologize. Attention to details and I plan to come back again to stay. "
