"Staff were very kind a quick to respond on whatsapp. Room was large with separate, private bath. Easy walk to historic center. Several wonderful restaurants within a couple blocks. Only issue was loss of wifi for last 2 days. Staff said it was a Palermo issue, not theirs."

We loved the Pool
"The room was nice, the beds were comfy, however the shower was weak and toilets not very clean Swimming pool was very nice but not very clean, the loungers flip sometimes and toilets have no rubbish bins"
