"Great place to stay. Away from everything by about 30 minutes. Nice play area and indoor soccer court for the kids. 4 stars because they didnt give us the room we purchased. We ended up getting it fixed but had issues upon arrival. Food and drink was expensive but because its so far from everything, you have no other option. "

"Charming ski lodge, very confortable bed and very clean. The lodge is linked to a nice hotel, with a great restaurant, either for dinner or breakfast. And the service was always on top! It was a great stop on our road trip back to France"

"The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. "Das einzige was ein paar Sterne mehr verdient ist Personal was Frühstück betreut. Gesamte Rest ist im Bezug auf Preis-Leistung eine pure Katastrophe. Ein ganz besonderes Apel an miserabel organisierte Parkmöglichkeiten! Alles in einem absoluter Reinfall nicht zu empfehlen!"

"Marlies and her husband served us a special and beautiful breakfast buffet. The peace and quiet of their hotel and surrounding felt amazing! We needed a last moment stay and chose Hotel Lucia. We arrived late and there was a nice vending machine available where you could choose dryed sausages and even a variety of beer an wine!! We were pleased with our room and especially with the thoughtful service from the owners."
