"Good for an overnight stay, shuttle buses were easy to catch"

"Free shuttle service weaknesses: overcrowded, unreliable pickups at AMS airport, you load your own baggage on bus, goes to 3 Ibis locations but no announcement at each stop which Ibis, signage of each hotel impossible to see from crowded bus. Possibility of extremely limited dinner service on holidays as Easter offerring was hamburger and pizza. Snacks selection minimal and no restaurants nearby. Breakfast offerings were very good."

"We arrived in the evening, left before the sun came up, so hard to rate the environment. Airport shuttles were large, very efficient and regularly scheduled, though pickup time at airport could be affected by traffic and busload. 3 person room worked out well for us. Would stay here again for the same purpose of airport departure."

"The reception staff was very helpful. We went to the restaurant at 16:50 and were told to leave by the manager. He was rude and unprofessional, therefore we did not eat there. This hotel is not up to Marriott standards- the room was worn and stained carpet. The towels were like sandpaper. The shuttle was helpful. I would not stay here again. . "

"The room is clean and bed is comfortable. However, there is no welcome water and no in room coffee or tea. The refrigerator did not work since i stayed only one night so not a problem. I booked my room through Expedia but hotel has no record of my reservation. The staff was very helpful to get me the room"

"Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück und super geräumiger Frühstücksraum. Man findet immer sofort einen freien Tisch, auch bei hoher Hotelauslastung. Lediglich die Stühle sind schon etwas abgenutzt und teilweise mit Flecken versehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und natürlich die perfekte Lage zur nächsten Metro Station."

"Great hotel. Really clean, rooms bright and comfortable, towels and linen fresh. The vibe of the hotel was nice - there was activity and social spaces for people who wanted it, but it was very quiet up in the rooms for people who didn't. Room had a fridge, kettle, and nice toiletries. Really appreciate having shampoo AND CONDITIONER in a European hotel as well as having a decent hair dryer. I liked the space planning - I've stayed in other hotels with this kind of design but just felt like...
