"No air conditioning although on and working according to staff the mini bar fridge was at room temperature and according to staff within Swiss standards of 18C, I do not think the milk and cheese would agree"

"My only criticism was we were not allowed to go up onto the roof and see or use the swimming pool because we had not paid for the spa facilities."

"There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating. Bereits vor der Anreise erhielten wir auf unsere Anfrage sehr schnell eine Antwort. Auch der Empfang vor Ort war trotz später Ankunft äußerst herzlich.
