The staff have the most helpful attitude, warm and friendly. The hotel is quiet even if it is close to the train station. I will definitely be back. Noida the front desk lady is amazing.

The room is SMALL. The bathroom had zero ventilation. Every time I took a shower, there was water all over the bathroom floor. I was shocked at the accommodations. Shocked! The positive side to this hotel is the steakhouse that’s attached. The food there is delicious.

Location is as good as it gets. Across the street from SBB trains, which will take you anywhere in the country in a few hours or less. Nearby, a lot of excellent shopping and dining options. Fitness Park is a five minute walk. The hotel is well run, but not staffed at the front desk in the evenings, which can sometimes be annoying.

We used the hotel as a base to explore Zurich from. The hotel is 30 minutes from Zurich & it will cost you chf26 per person per day to travel in & out of Zurich each day. So please take this cost into account when comparing hotel. If you buy the return ticket, then all your public transport costs in Zurich will b covered for that day, including the lake & river ferry trips. The hotel itself is clean modern & comfortable, the only thing I didn't like was the bathroom, it was in need of an update. Bed was good, pillows very soft, bathroom had bathtub and overhead shower, water pressure good. Staff were helpful and room had good airconditioning. The breakfasts was excellent, with hot & cold choices, only thing missing was a toaster. All in all a good stay.
