Location is great! However, everything else is awful. The photos online show these big rooms with beds. Our bed was in a walk in closet with no windows. The property lists 4 bedrooms per unit. When I confronted the property management about the discrepancy between the description and photos with the real thing, they were silent for a day. After which, they told me to prove it. The ceiling in our apartment was 6'4". The dryer did not work well and kept giving an error code. The two fans they had in the apartment were junk. In fact, everything in the apartment was as cheap of quality as possible. The pillows were so cheap that they couldn't even be shaped into anything resembling neck support. There were two duvets on the bed because the duvets are the wrong size for the bed. The shower sprayed water all over the restroom/laundry room because the glass wall is only 5'6" tall. Every piece of furniture was from Ikea. The owners should really be ashamed of charging that much money for such cheap amenities. If you like sleeping in a walk-in closet, without any air-flow or windows, then this is the place for you.

When we booked this property we received what was supposed to be the view and that view was not close to what we actually had. We were supposed to see the river but saw the apartments across the way. My first trip to Switzerland and the room was a huge disappointment
