The rooms were extremely hot, and we were offered an open window or a portable unit as a solution. The condition of the rooms was also very poor, including stained carpets, dirty floors, and even a spider on the door. We reported the issues to the property, but no alternative rooms were offered. "The property is in such an excellent location in the centre of Zurich on the river next to tram lines that will get you to most places. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The walk in showers are excellent and look brand new. The rooms are pleasant and rather Spartan but they have everything you need. "The hotel is very accessible with tram transport and the closeness to the city centre.However there is one particular girl staff who seemed to know only one answer which is either not available or no I cannot help. She does not have the initiative to help. Shame because I loved to stay at Moxy wherever country I go to. But Jose was just helpful and lovely to speak to."
