Amazing staff. Super friendly, helpful. 10/10 The reason why I’m giving this hotel a 4/5 stars is because the bed was TERRIBLE. The room was exceptionally clean, staff were lovely and so helpful even the easiest ways to get to places in and around Amsterdam. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Amsterdam, the train from Zaandam to Amsterdam is less than 20 minutes to Amsterdam central!
