The elevator is either broken or just doesnt run at all ..We had to take the stairs to the 5th floor almost every time up and down..They run out of towels everyday its unbelievable..Lots of broken or stuff thats not working..I have stayed here before and had no problems thats why we came back..Obviously ...

They never came into the room to clean it. We never got new towels. The elevator was broken. There was roaches the kitchen close super early in a restaurant.
