Too many stair steps to get our room Shower drain very slow, faucet handles needs replacement, the coffee machine didn’t work. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very basic but the bed was very comfortable. There was only hot water in the pipes. Too hot to take a shower. The worst part was the outside noise. It is impossible to sleep there past 7 am. It was so noisy inside my room I thought I left my window open.
