Received the excellent service and experience with the hotel staff, restaurant food and service was outstanding. With walking distance to lake como and access to lake como with ferry and taxi service, great place for getaway with all tourist things and crowds just few minutes away.

The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking ...

Taxi to airport was £130 euros We tried getting bus from airport and that was £50 euros for two which dropped us off at Chiasso And then we had to get taxi which was around 4 mile and he charged us £40 euros..so transfers total was £220 euros .
